Painted Grandmother Clock

Please let me first apologize for not posting a How-To Thursday post last week. I had a ton of technical difficulties but they are all resolved now - whew!

Today’s post is a super fun makeover. I have never painted a grandmother or grandfather clock for that matter, and this one was completely and totally transformed with paint!

Here is a quick video on the process:

I used a custom mix of yellows and greens to create the look on both the body and face of the clock. The whole idea was from an inspiration pic that my customer gave me. Like I said, a fun project!

  • Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral paint: Tree Frog Green/Palmetto Green/Antebellum Blue/Lemonade/Daisy/Colonel Mustard
